In the Preparation And Design phase the requirements have been identified and plans have been made to arrange for the necessary facilities, access and mobility. In this activity these plans are executed.

The Service Engagement Initiation work stream, the Knowledge Exchange work stream, the Technology And Infrastructure work stream and the Information Security And Compliance work stream need to be kept informed.
